Order online

Credit card payments are accepted through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account. Please select your Jazzmaster Workout items on the Merchandise page, and view your Shopping Cart when you are ready to complete your order.

Order by check

If you would rather place an order by mail: Add $8 shipping cost for all mail orders within the US ($12 for 1st class). For shipping to countries other than the USA, please add $28 for orders that include a book or $15 for orders of 1-12 CDs (no books). Shipping is media mail (optional 1st class mail) or airmail overseas. For orders placed from within California add 9.75% sales tax.
